In addition to the assistance rendered to you prior to and in connection with your Business' Grand Opening, we will provide continuing consultation and advice as we deem advisable regarding flooring techniques, merchandising and retailing, sales techniques, personnel development and other business, operational and advertising matters which directly relate to your Business. Such assistance will be provided, at our option, by telephone, e-mail, facsimile, periodically through on-site assistance by appropriate personnel of ours, and/or other methods. We will make available to you any and all improvements and changes in our services or business methods to the same extent and in the same manner as they are made available to other franchisees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mr. Sandless's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Mr. Sandless will provide franchisees with any and all improvements and changes in their services or business methods. These updates will be made available to franchisees to the same extent and in the same manner as they are made available to other franchisees.
Mr. Sandless also offers continuing consultation and advice as they deem advisable regarding flooring techniques, merchandising and retailing, sales techniques, personnel development, and other business, operational, and advertising matters that directly relate to the franchisee's business. This assistance can be provided through various methods, including telephone, e-mail, facsimile, on-site assistance by Mr. Sandless personnel, or other methods.
As part of the franchise agreement, Mr. Sandless also has the right to incorporate any modifications, changes, and improvements to the system developed or discovered by the franchisee, their principals, employees, or agents. These improvements become the exclusive property of Mr. Sandless and will be used for the benefit of other franchisees, Mr. Sandless, and its affiliates, without any liability or obligation to the franchisee who developed them. However, the franchisee cannot offer these improvements to customers unless Mr. Sandless consents to its use.
