What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mr. Sandless's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Mr. Sandless has the right to revoke approval of any item or supplier. This can occur if the item or supplier no longer meets Mr. Sandless's criteria or does not serve the needs of the franchise network as a whole.
For a prospective Mr. Sandless franchisee, this means that even if a supplier is initially approved, that approval is not guaranteed to be permanent. Mr. Sandless can change its criteria or determine that a previously approved supplier is no longer suitable for the system.
Mr. Sandless will notify franchisees in writing, such as by e-mail or through changes to the Operations Manual, of any changes to the lists of approved supplies and approved suppliers. These lists are subject to change at any time, so franchisees need to stay informed of any updates from Mr. Sandless regarding approved suppliers. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors need the flexibility to maintain quality control and consistency across the brand.
