Upon the expiration, transfer or termination of this Agreement for any reason, you must cease using such telephone number(s) and listing(s), and assign same to us or our designee. 9.18 Anti-Terrorist Activities

You certify that neither you, nor your owners, principals, employees or anyone associated with you are listed in the Annex to Executive Order 13224. (The Annex is available at http://www.treasury.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/sanctions/terrorism.html.) You agree not to hire or have any dealings with a person listed in the Annex. You certify that you have no knowledge or information that, if generally known, would result in you, your owners, principals, employees, or anyone associated with you being listed in the Annex to Executive Order 13224. You agree to comply with and/or assist us to the fullest extent possible in our efforts to comply with the Anti-Terrorism Laws (as defined below). In connection with such compliance, you certify, represent, and warrant that none of your property or interests

is subject to being "blocked" under any of the Anti-Terrorism Laws and that you and your owners or principals are not otherwise in violation of any of the Anti-Terrorism Laws.

You are solely responsible for ascertaining what actions must be taken by you to comply with all such Anti-Terrorism Laws, and you specifically acknowledge and agree that your indemnification responsibilities as provide

Franchisees are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Anti-Terrorism Laws. Any misrepresentation or violation of these laws can lead to immediate termination of the Franchise Agreement with Mr. Sandless.
