What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Mr. Sandless's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the approval of a proposed item or supplier can be based on factors directly related to the item or supplier, as well as factors indirectly related to the uniformity, efficiency, and quality of operation deemed necessary or desirable for the Mr. Sandless system as a whole.

Mr. Sandless has the right to receive payments from suppliers based on their dealings with franchisees and can use these amounts without restriction, unless the supplier instructs otherwise, for any purposes Mr. Sandless deems appropriate. However, Mr. Sandless is not required to approve an unreasonable number of suppliers for a given item if it could lead to higher costs or prevent effective supervision of approved suppliers.

Mr. Sandless may revoke approval of products or suppliers if they no longer meet the company's standards, and franchisees must then cease purchasing from them upon written notice. Franchisees are required to use products from approved suppliers solely for their Mr. Sandless business and not for any competitive business purposes. If a franchisee uses unapproved products, solutions, or supplies on a customer job, they will be fined $2,500 per day and risk termination of their franchise.
