What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mr. Sandless's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee who meets the qualifications may purchase additional territories. Each territory is approximately 100,000 in population, and a franchisee can purchase up to a total of four territories under the agreement. For each additional territory purchased, the franchisee must pay Mr. Sandless an additional territory fee of $5,000.00.
