We do business under our corporate name and the name Monical's Pizza. As of the date of this Disclosure Document, we operate 32 Monical's restaurants in the State of Illinois and we provide support to 16 franchises in Illinois. Missouri and Wisconsin. We have operated Monical's restaurants and offered franchises in this line of business since 1982. We have not previously offered franchises in any other line of business.
