Baker Tilly US, LLP consents to the use in the Franchise Disclosure Document issued by Monical Pizza Corporation and Subsidiaries ("Franchisor") on April 24, 2025, as it may be amended, of our reports dated March 28, 2025 and March 22, 2024, relating to the financial statements of Franchisor for the periods ending December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022. We understand that the Franchise Disclosure Document will be filed with various state authorities and delivered to prospective franchisees.
