Although we don't specify the sources for your hardware, you will be required to comply with FoodTec specifications for compatible hardware. The approximate cost of the hardware and software is between $15,000 and $30,000.
You may periodically be required to update or upgrade computer hardware and software, if we believe it is necessary. We may introduce new requirements or modify our specifications and requirements for computer and point-of-sale systems. There are no limits on our rights to do so. There are no contractual limitations on our right to independently access all information you collect or complete at any time without first notifying you.
