Franchisor or Franchisor's representatives may, but are not required to, make periodic visits to the Franchised Restaurant, which may be announced or unannounced for the purposes of inspection, consultation, assistance or guidance with respect to various aspects of the operation and management of the Franchised Restaurant. Franchisor and Franchisor's representatives who visit the Franchised Restaurant may prepare, for the benefit of both Franchisor and Franchisee, written reports detailing any problems or concerns noted during any such visit and outlining any required or suggested changes or improvements in the operations of the Franchised Restaurant. According to Monicals Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Monicals Pizza or its representatives are not required to make periodic visits to the franchised restaurant.
