- 11.5.1 Franchisee may not establish a presence on, or market using, the Internet or cellphone (each an "on-line" use) in connection with the Franchised Restaurant without Franchisor's prior written consent or under any program that Franchisor may institute from time to time in Franchisor's discretion.
