Does Monicals Pizza provide on-site assistance and guidance to assist with the opening of the franchised restaurant?

According to Monicals Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Monicals Pizza does provide on-site assistance and guidance to assist franchisees with the opening of their franchised restaurant, as well as on-the-job training. This is in addition to the initial training program that Monicals Pizza provides.

Prior to opening, Monicals Pizza will assist with site selection by designating an area for the restaurant, providing site selection criteria, and approving the chosen site. They will also review and approve the lease or purchase agreement and provide specifications for the restaurant build-out, including required equipment and improvements.

After the restaurant opens, Monicals Pizza will periodically offer general guidance via various communication methods and may make periodic visits to provide assistance. They also make available ongoing training as deemed necessary. Franchisees are expected to use their own judgment in business decisions and not solely rely on the advice of Monicals Pizza.
