You receive the right to operate your restaurant under the trademark Monical's Pizza® , which is the principal trademark used to identify our System. You may also use any other current or future Mark to operate your franchised restaurant that we designate in writing, including the logo on the front of this Disclosure Document and the trademarks listed below. By "Mark," we mean any trade name, trademark, service mark or logo used to identify your restaurant. You may not use any Marks that we have not designated to identify your business. As of the date of this Disclosure Document, we have a registration of the following Marks on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") Principal Register:

According to Monicals Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the principal trademark used to identify their franchise system is "Monical's Pizza®". As a franchisee, you are granted the right to operate your restaurant under this trademark, along with any other trademarks or logos that Monicals Pizza designates in writing. However, you are explicitly prohibited from using any marks that have not been officially designated by Monicals Pizza to identify your business.
Monicals Pizza maintains registrations for several marks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). These registered marks include "MONICAL'S PIZZA", "MONICAL'S", "FAMILY PLEASER", "BUDGET PLEASER", "PEOPLE PLEASING PEOPLE", and "THE POINT", among others. The registration dates for these marks vary, with some dating back to 1976 and others as recent as 2020.
As a franchisee, you must use the designated marks as the sole trade identification for your Monicals Pizza restaurant. However, you are not allowed to incorporate any of these marks, or any part of them, into your corporate or business entity name in any modified form. Additionally, you cannot use the marks in connection with the sale of unauthorized products or services, or in any manner that Monicals Pizza has not explicitly authorized in writing. It's also important to note that you cannot register or attempt to register any of Monicals Pizza's marks, or any confusingly similar trademarks or service marks, with the USPTO or any state or foreign country.
