- at our discretion, make periodic visits to the franchised restaurant to give you assistance with or guidance on various aspects of the operation and management of a Monical's restaurant. We may prepare written reports outlining any suggested changes or improvements in the operations of the franchised restaurant and detail any deficiencies that become evident as a result of any such visit.
