We have established and maintain an Internet website at the uniform resource locator www.monicalspizza.com that provides information about the System and about Monical's restaurants. In addition, we will include at our website an interior page containing information about your franchised restaurant. All information shall be subject to our approval before posting. We retain the sole right to market on the Internet, including the use of websites, domain names, uniform resource locators, on-line identifiers, keywords, linking, search engines (and search engine optimization techniques), banner ads, meta-tags, marketing, auction sites, e-commerce and co-branding arrangements. You may be requested to provide content for our Internet marketing and you must follow our intranet and Internet usage rules, policies and requirements. We retain the sole right to use the Marks on the Internet, including on websites, as domain names, directory addresses, on-line identifiers, search terms and meta-tags, and in connection with linking, marketing, co-branding and other arrangements. We retain the sole right to approve any linking to, or other use of, the Monical's Pizza website. (Franchise Agreement, Section 11.5)
D. Computer/Point-of-Sale System
You must purchase, update, maintain and use any hardware and software programs we designate. (Franchise Agreement, Section 12.5) Presently, we require you to purchase the following hardware and software:

According to the 2025 FDD, Monicals Pizza maintains a website at www.monicalspizza.com that provides information about the Monicals Pizza system and its restaurants. Monicals Pizza will include an interior page on its website containing information about your specific franchised restaurant. However, all information is subject to Monicals Pizza's approval before it is posted.
As a Monicals Pizza franchisee, you are restricted from establishing a presence on the internet or marketing using the internet or by cellphone in connection with your franchised restaurant, except under a Monicals Pizza designated program or with their prior written consent. However, you can market using the internet to collect email addresses and cellphone numbers from your restaurant guests for future email and text marketing activities. You must also adhere to Monicals Pizza's internet usage rules, policies, and requirements.
Monicals Pizza retains the sole right to market on the internet, including the use of websites, domain names, URLs, online identifiers, keywords, linking, search engines, banner ads, meta-tags, marketing, auction sites, e-commerce, and co-branding arrangements.
