Does the Monicals Pizza Guarantor have to receive notice of acceptance of the Guaranty Agreement?

If Guarantor consists of more than one person and/or entity, (a) this Guaranty Agreement shall be binding on all of them jointly and severally, and (b) notice to or from any of them will constitute notice to or from each of them.
Any notice or other communication to Franchisor may be addressed to: Monical Pizza Corporation, 530 N. Bradley Blvd., Bradley, Illinois 60915, Attention: President, or such other address as may be designated by Franchisor by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, and the time of rendition of such notice or other communication shall be when it is deposited in an official United States Mail receptacle, postage prepaid. Any notice or other communication to Guarantor shall be given in like manner to the notice address which appears following the Guarantor's signature on this Guaranty Agreement.

According to the 2025 Monicals Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, if there is more than one guarantor, any notice to or from one guarantor is considered notice to or from all guarantors. Any notice to the guarantor should be sent via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address listed after the guarantor's signature on the Guaranty Agreement.
This means that Monicals Pizza will communicate with the guarantor(s) via mail to the address provided in the Guaranty Agreement. If there are multiple guarantors, Monicals Pizza only needs to communicate with one of them, and that will be sufficient notice for all.
