According to the 2025 Monicals Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, there are multiple instances where notices are sent to Monicals Pizza. Bradley Blvd., Bradley, Illinois 60915, unless a different address is designated in writing to the Developer.

In the context of a lease agreement, a landlord must provide any written Notice of Default of Tenant to Monical Pizza Corporation simultaneously with the delivery to the tenant. These notices should be delivered in writing by overnight delivery via FedEx or another nationally recognized overnight courier to Monical Pizza Corporation, Attn: Janelle Reents, President, 530 N. Bradley Blvd., Bradley, IL 60915.

Regarding the Guaranty Agreement, any notice or other communication to Monicals Pizza may be addressed to Monical Pizza Corporation, 530 N. Bradley Blvd., Bradley, Illinois 60915, Attention: President, or another address designated by Monicals Pizza via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested. Similarly, under the Franchise Agreement, all notices, payments, and reports should be sent to Monicals Pizza at the following address: Monical Pizza Corporation, Attn: President, 530 N.
