A. Before you open your franchised restaurant, we will:

- if we have not already approved a site that you have selected before signing the Franchise Agreement, designate the area within which you will locate the franchised restaurant, provide you with our criteria for site selection and approve a site you have selected (which meets the criteria) for the location of the franchised restaurant.
