What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Moe's Southwest Grill Franchise Disclosure Document, Moe's Southwest Grill has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement if none of the required trainees successfully complete the Management Training Program after both the initial program and a re-enrollment training.

Prior to the scheduled opening of the franchised business, all required trainees must successfully complete the Management Training Program at least one week in advance. If the opening date changes and the trainees completed the program more than 120 days before the revised date, Moe's Southwest Grill may require additional training, costing $250 per trainee per day, subject to adjustments.

Moe's Southwest Grill retains the discretion to determine whether a trainee has successfully completed the program. If a trainee fails, they must re-enroll in the next scheduled program at no additional charge. However, failure to successfully complete the training after re-enrollment can lead to the termination of the Franchise Agreement.
