What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Moes Southwest Grill Franchise Disclosure Document, the Opening Deadline is defined as the requirement to open your Restaurant within 360 days after signing the Franchise Agreement.
Moes Southwest Grill estimates the typical time between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening a restaurant to be 6 to 12 months. However, this timeframe can be affected by several factors, including completing the Management Training Program, securing a suitable site, obtaining necessary permits, completing construction, and the delivery and installation of equipment and supplies.
Moes Southwest Grill may grant an extension to the Opening Deadline at its sole discretion, possibly for a fee. Failure to meet the Opening Deadline can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement, without a refund of the initial franchise fee.
