What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Moes Southwest Grill's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Moes Southwest Grill reserves the right to modify its training program at any time. This includes changes to the timing, frequency, length, content, format, and location of the training.
This flexibility allows Moes Southwest Grill to adapt its training to address evolving industry standards, new technologies, or specific needs identified within the franchise system. For a prospective franchisee, this means the initial training program described in the FDD could change before they attend, or that ongoing training requirements may be modified during the term of their Franchise Agreement.
While Moes Southwest Grill has the right to modify the training program, franchisees and their personnel are typically required to attend any additional or refresher training sessions that Moes Southwest Grill specifies. These sessions may incur additional costs for the franchisee, including fees, wages, travel, and living expenses. Therefore, franchisees should factor in the potential for these ongoing training expenses when evaluating the overall cost of the franchise.
