What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Moe's Southwest Grill's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Moe's Southwest Grill will identify approved suppliers for all goods required to be used in the restaurant. Moe's Southwest Grill will also use reasonable efforts to fulfill or cause approved suppliers to fulfill a franchisee's orders for goods on a timely basis.

If Moe's Southwest Grill, its affiliates, and/or its approved suppliers cannot supply customers, including franchisees, with the quantity and type of goods requested, then they will try to allocate the available quantities and types of goods on an equitable basis among businesses seeking to purchase the goods. However, if a franchisee does not receive goods from Moe's Southwest Grill, its affiliates, or its approved suppliers, this will not be a breach of the Franchise Agreement, nor will Moe's Southwest Grill, its affiliates, or its approved suppliers be liable.

During the operation of the restaurant, Moe's Southwest Grill will continue to identify approved suppliers for goods to be used in the restaurant. If a franchisee would like to offer products or use any goods that Moe's Southwest Grill has not approved or to purchase or lease from a supplier that Moe's Southwest Grill has not approved, the franchisee must submit a written request for approval and provide Moe's Southwest Grill with any information that it requests, which Moe's Southwest Grill will review and approve or disapprove.
