According to Moe's Southwest Grill's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the rent for Freestyle Dispensers is included in a Program Fee. This Program Fee is a chain account monthly program fee per Freestyle Dispenser, plus applicable sales tax. The base Program Fee for a specific type of Freestyle Dispenser will not increase during the agreement's term above the current amount for that dispenser type.
