Through control with private equity funds managed by Roark Capital Management, LLC, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, we are affiliated with the following franchise programs ("Affiliated Programs"). None of these affiliates operate a Moe's franchise.

According to the 2025 Moe's Southwest Grill FDD, 'Affiliated Programs' refers to other franchise programs that are affiliated with Moe's Southwest Grill through control with private equity funds managed by Roark Capital Management, LLC. These affiliated programs do not operate a Moe's franchise.
The FDD lists several examples of these Affiliated Programs, including Inspire Brands, Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', i9 Sports, McAlister's, Schlotzsky's, School of Rock, and Streamline Brands. Prospective Moe's Southwest Grill franchisees should understand that while these other franchise systems are affiliated with Moe's Southwest Grill, they are entirely separate businesses. Franchisees will not be obligated to or be guaranteed to receive any products or services from these other franchisors, but may purchase products or services from these franchisors if they choose to do so.
