We offer the opportunity to become a franchisee to develop and operate Restaurants which specialize in selling ice cream and related food items and beverages. Stores operate under the mark MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY and certain other trademarks, service marks, trade names, signs, associated designs, artwork, and logos (collectively, the "Marks"). We may designate other trade names, service marks, and trademarks as Marks.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Marble Slab Creamery FDD, stores operate under the mark MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY, along with other trademarks, service marks, trade names, signs, associated designs, artwork, and logos, which are collectively referred to as the "Marks". Marble Slab Creamery may also designate other trade names, service marks, and trademarks as Marks in the future.
This means that franchisees are granted the right to use the core Marble Slab Creamery brand name and associated visual elements to identify their stores. However, the definition of "Marks" is broad, allowing Marble Slab Creamery to add or change branding elements over time. Franchisees must stay updated on any new designations of Marks to ensure compliance with the brand's current standards.
It is important to note that Marble Slab Creamery also offers co-branding opportunities, most commonly with Great American Cookies. In these co-branded locations, franchisees would also operate under the Great American Cookies brand, in addition to the Marble Slab Creamery marks. Franchisees should request the disclosure documents for those brands for information on co-branding opportunities.
