- 5.17.9 To refrain from selling, or offering for sale, any alcoholic beverages without the prior written approval of Franchisor, which approval may be conditioned upon such requirements as Franchisor deems necessary for the protection of the Proprietary Marks and the System, including, without limitation, the requirement that Franchisee complies with all laws and regulations applicable to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
