The terms that apply to your operation of the any co-brand restaurant also are included in the form of Franchise Agreement.
In addition, on a limited basis, certain of our affiliates currently offer franchises that you may co-brand with a Restaurant. Approval for a co-brand is dependent on several criteria, including but not limited to space allocation, signage, minimum brand requirements and minimum product offerings. You should request the disclosure documents for those brands for information on cobranding opportunities. We may offer other co-branding opportunities in the future.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Marble Slab Creamery FDD, the terms that apply to the operation of a co-brand restaurant are included in the form of the Franchise Agreement. Marble Slab Creamery may offer franchisees the opportunity to operate a co-branded restaurant with another brand. The standard co-brand offering will feature Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery.
If a prospective franchisee wishes to operate a co-brand restaurant with a brand that is not an affiliate of Marble Slab Creamery, they must submit all requested information, including existing agreements with the other brand, proposed agreements, and proposed modifications to existing agreements. The franchisee must receive written approval from Marble Slab Creamery before entering into any agreements with a proposed co-brand location, and Marble Slab Creamery may withhold approval for any reason.
