According to Marble Slab Creamery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase or lease only the brands, types, makes, and models of Information Systems that Marble Slab Creamery specifies. Marble Slab Creamery may also periodically modify the specifications and components of the Information System. Franchisees are prohibited from using any hardware or software system or component that Marble Slab Creamery has not approved.
