We have registered the Internet domain name marbleslab.com and have established sites using these domain names. You acknowledge that the domain names are our sole property. You may not use in any manner any computer medium or electronic medium (for example, any Internet home page, e-mail address, website, domain name, URL, bulletin board, newsgroup or other Internet related medium or activity) that contains our Marks, or any other words, symbols or terms confusingly similar to our Marks without our express prior written consent. We may include on our Internet web site interior pages that identify all Marble Slab Creamery restaurants, including your Marble Slab Creamery Restaurant. (Exhibit "B" Section 10.3)
