On July 22, 2021, FAT Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("FAT" or "FAT Brands"), acquired all outstanding shares of the capital stock of our prior owner and ultimate parent-company, LS GFG Holdings Inc. (the "Transaction"). In connection with the Transaction, on July 22, 2021, Marble Slab Brands was contributed to a financing subsidiary of FAT, FAT Brands GFG Royalty I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company organized on June 9, 2021 ("FAT Royalty"). FAT and FAT Royalty are all located at 9720 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 500, Beverly Hills, California 90212.

If Marble Slab Creamery franchisees offer cookies as a menu item, they are required to purchase the cookie ingredients from GAC Supply, LLC, another affiliate.
