  1. NOTICE. Notice to be submitted by either party shall be sufficiently given if made in writing and sent by prepaid Certified Mail, or hand delivered as evidenced by signed receipt, or by express delivery with a nationally recognized carrier. Until either party provides notice to the other party of a change in address, all notices shall be sent to the addressee specified below to the attention of the persons named:

Each party may change its address by notice to each of the other parties as provided herein. Notices, if sent by mail, shall be deemed given on the fifth (5th) day following the deposit in United States mail, and, if delivered by hand, shall be deemed given when delivered.
