What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Marble Slab Creamery FDD, the initial training program is held at a Certified Training Store located in Greater Atlanta, GA, or potentially another location. The training program includes both online learning and on-the-job training.
The initial training program is supervised by FAT's Sr. Director of QSR Operations. The training materials include topical training handbooks and online training videos. While Marble Slab Creamery provides instructors, the franchisee is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation, lodging, food, and wages for themselves and any other trainees, such as a manager or spouse.
Marble Slab Creamery may modify the training schedules to provide the most current and effective learning opportunity, especially if the franchisee operates a Co-Brand Store. The franchisee, or owner if the franchisee is a business entity, must complete the initial training program to Marble Slab Creamery's satisfaction. Other locations within the Marble Slab Creamery system may become certified for training and may be made available depending on business conditions.
