  • (ii) MSF may, in its reasonable discretion, replace the hard drive or other components of a PC as a fix to a Supported Software issue.
  • (iii) MSF shall provide same day standard shipping of replacement Depot Equipment for all problems diagnosed prior to 3:00 PM PST. Replacement Depot Equipment for problems diagnosed after 3:00 PM PST will be shipped on the following business day via standard shipping. Standard shipping method is Ground service.
  • (iv) MSF shall provide Saturday and Next-Day Early A.M. deliveries at Customer's request and expense for all Depot Equipment.
  • (v) MSF shall provide return labels for ground shipping Depot Equipment to MSF for repair.
  • (vi) MSF shall replace any Depot Equipment that it replaces pursuant to this Agreement with equipment/parts of equal or greater capacity.
  • (vii) MSF shall send weekly email(s) for non-returned Depot Equipment with Customer's charges for replacing the Equipment including, without limitation, the original retail value of the Depot Equipment to be returned.

According to Marble Slab Creamery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, MSF (presumably Marble Slab Creamery Franchisor) has the discretion to replace a hard drive or other PC components to fix software issues.
