- 5.16 Franchisee will meet and maintain the highest health standards and ratings applicable to the operation of the Restaurant.
Franchisee will furnish to Franchisor, within 5 days after receipt thereof, a copy of any violation, citation, notice or correspondence which relates in any way to local health or safety standards in the operation of the Restaurant.
Franchisee will take all reasonable steps necessary or desirable to cure and/or avoid any health or safety standards violation, including, without limitation, causing a re-inspection of the Restaurant by health officials for the purpose of obtaining a higher health rating.
