MSC does not use any public figure to promote its franchise. A number of franchises are owned by public figures who promote their individual stores and the Marble Slab Creamery brand in general; however, these individuals do not receive compensation from MSC for this promotion.

According to the 2025 Marble Slab Creamery Franchise Disclosure Document, Marble Slab Creamery does not utilize public figures to promote its franchise system. However, the document states that some Marble Slab Creamery franchises are owned by public figures. These public figures may promote their individual stores and the Marble Slab Creamery brand in general. Marble Slab Creamery does not compensate these individuals for this promotion.
