to mean the Manual kept current by amendments from time to time.
- 7.5 In lieu of, or in addition to, loaning a paper copy of the Manual to Franchisee, Franchisor may make the Manual available to Franchisee in electronic form, by means of the internet, electronic file or program or otherwise.
8. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
8.1 Franchisee will not, during the term of this Agreement or thereafter, communicate, divulge, or use for the benefit of any other person, partnership, association, or corporation any confidential information, knowledge, or know-how which may be communicated to Franchisee or of which Franchisee may be apprised by virtue of Franchisee's operation under the terms of this Agreement. Franchisee will divulge such confidential information only to such of its employees as must have access to it in order to operate the Restaurant. Any and all information, knowledge, knowhow, and techniques which Franchisor designates as confidential will be deemed confidential for purposes of this Agreement.
