What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Marble Slab Creamery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise fee is due at the signing of the Franchise Agreement. For a Traditional Restaurant, Non-Traditional Restaurant or Standard Co-Brand Restaurant, the franchise fee is $25,000. For a Satellite location, the fee is $15,000. This fee is paid to Marble Slab Creamery.
For a Multi-Unit Restaurant Agreement, a development fee is due upon signing the agreement. This fee is currently $25,000 multiplied by the number of Marble Slab Creamery restaurants the franchisee commits to opening.
It is important to note that the franchise fee is considered fully earned by Marble Slab Creamery upon payment and is non-refundable. This is a common practice in franchising, as the fee compensates the franchisor for granting the franchise rights and providing initial support.
