THIS ADDENDUM (this "Addendum") is made and entered into as of the date set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Effective Date"), by and between MARBLE SLAB FRANCHISING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), and the person or entity identified on the Exhibit A to this Addendum ("Franchisee, "you," or "your").

RECITALS

We and you signed a franchise agreement on the date set forth on Exhibit A to this Addendum (the "Agreement") granting you the right to operate a Marble Slab Creamery Restaurant at the location specified on Exhibit A (the "Restaurant"). In this Addendum, the shopping center, mall, or venue in which the Restaurant is located is referred to as the "Center."
