What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee will pay a Direct Deposit Service Fee if they utilize Hire Quest's Direct Deposit Services. Hire Quest may provide direct deposit services for payment of the franchisee's workers or employees. If the franchisee elects to use these services, they will be charged a minimum monthly fee of $25.00, which is assessed at the beginning of each month.
This fee covers the banking expenses, labor, and administrative costs associated with processing the direct deposits. The franchisee agrees to either pay this fee directly or allow it to be deducted from any payments or disbursements made by Hire Quest to the franchisee.
In practical terms, if a Management Recruiters franchisee chooses to have Hire Quest handle direct deposits for their employees, they should budget an additional $25 per month for this service. This fee is mandatory if the franchisee opts into the direct deposit program, providing a predictable cost for this back-office function.
