What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 FDD, Management Recruiters' clients are responsible for setting up their own Internet connections and email services. Specifically, the client must provide Hire Quest (the service provider for Management Recruiters) with an email address and a broadband Internet connection. The client, or a computer hardware provider they designate, is responsible for the actual setup of the Internet connection and email services.
This means that Management Recruiters franchisees are not directly responsible for providing or setting up these services for their clients. However, franchisees should ensure their clients understand these requirements and have the necessary resources to meet them. This could involve advising clients on suitable Internet service providers or computer hardware providers.
It is important to note that Hire Quest offers no warranties regarding the services being offered and makes no guarantees that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The client assumes total responsibility and risk for using Hire Quest's servers and the Internet. This allocation of responsibility is fairly standard in many franchise systems where the franchisee uses a third-party service provider to deliver services to their customers.
