What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, post-opening assistance and consultation may be provided in person at the franchisee's location. However, this is at the sole and absolute discretion of Management Recruiters. Franchisees also receive ongoing support and consultation as needed for the operation of their franchise business.

Management Recruiters also provides access to online Brand Standards Materials. They offer back office services for a fee, including updates and maintenance of their billing and payroll system, invoicing, accounts receivable, basic accounting assistance, collections assistance, accounts payable assistance, and optional liaison services between the franchisee and any professional employment organization.

Additionally, Management Recruiters may provide new and existing members with assistance and advice to support the development of their business through its entire life cycle. This support may consist of one-on-one meetings conducted before, during, or after a company-sponsored event or meeting, telephone conference calls, or face-to-face visits to the franchisee's office. However, Management Recruiters is unable to deliver any face-to-face support to a home-based office. All members of their field services staff have substantial industry experience and are trained to provide advice and training.
