Time to Open

As soon as you sign the Franchise Agreement, you will begin your Business Startup and New Office Training. New Office Training and Business Startup lasts six weeks. You must begin your business within sixty (60) days following the signing of the Franchise Agreement and completion of the New Office Training.

Obligations after Opening

  • Access to our online Brand Standards Materials. (Franchise Agreement Section 7);
    1. Ongoing support and consultation as needed for the operation of the Franchise Business. (Franchise Agreement Section 7);
    1. Post-opening assistance and consultation via telephone or in person at the Location at the sole and absolute discretion of Franchisor (Franchise Agreement Section 7);
      1. Back office services in exchange for a fee including:
    • updates to and maintenance of Franchisor's billing and payroll system;
    • invoicing customers for Recruiter Services and Contract Staffing Services;
    • accounts receivable and cash receipts application services;
    • basic accounting assistance including preparation of monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the Franchise Business;
    • collections assistance including calls and demand letters, provided, however, that Franchisee shall bear ultimate responsibility for collections;

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are provided access to the franchisor's payroll and billing software. As a pre-opening obligation, Management Recruiters will provide access to its payroll and billing software as stated in Franchise Agreement Section 7.

After opening, Management Recruiters also provides back office services for a fee, including updates to and maintenance of the franchisor's billing and payroll system. These services also include invoicing customers for recruiter services and contract staffing services, accounts receivable and cash receipts application services, and basic accounting assistance including preparation of monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the franchise business.

Furthermore, Management Recruiters will bill customers and receive and record all payments made by customers for all regular and temporary placement services that the franchisee provides. The payments and accounts receivable that arise from all regular and temporary employee placement services that the franchisee provides will belong to Management Recruiters, as detailed in Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2. Management Recruiters also facilitates the franchisee's use of direct deposit and electronic pay card services for temporary and contract employee payroll, as stated in Franchise Agreement Section 7.
