What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Management Recruiters does provide some pre-opening assistance to franchisees. Specifically, Management Recruiters will advise franchisees on the equipment and procedures necessary to locate and set up their business. This is part of the pre-opening obligations that Management Recruiters provides to new franchisees.
However, Management Recruiters does not provide any site selection services, but they must approve the location of the franchisee's office. Approval will only be denied if the location is in the legacy territory of an existing member with an exclusive territory. Management Recruiters has no specifications for the design or setup of the office and does not assist with permits, construction, remodeling, or decorating the premises or the hiring of employees.
Management Recruiters also does not provide assistance with providing equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, or supplies. After signing the franchise agreement, a franchisee will typically have a soft opening within two weeks, which includes setting up online profiles and beginning to make calls, conduct research, and build a database. Following New Office Training, which typically occurs within three months after signing the franchise agreement, the franchisee should be opened and operating their business. A factor that could affect this opening would be failure to successfully complete the next available training.
