What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if contract staffing receivables remain uncollected for more than 42 days after the invoice date, Management Recruiters assesses an overdue accounts fee. This 42-day period is the initial grace period before the fee applies.
After this initial 42-day period, the overdue accounts fee is assessed at a rate of one-half percent (1/2%) of the uncollected receivables. This fee is applied for each subsequent 14-day period that the receivables remain uncollected.
For a prospective Management Recruiters franchisee, this means that managing and collecting accounts receivable promptly is crucial. Failure to collect payments within 42 days can lead to additional fees, impacting the franchisee's profitability. Franchisees should implement efficient billing and collection processes to minimize the risk of incurring these overdue account fees.
