According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee discloses, attempts to disclose, or threatens to disclose any of the Trade Secrets, Management Recruiters has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. This is in addition to all other rights and remedies, whether at law or in equity, that Management Recruiters might have against the franchisee as a result of any breach or default. Trade Secrets are defined as the confidential and trade secret property of Management Recruiters. Upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must immediately cease using any of the Trade Secrets.
