What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must clearly identify themselves as operating a franchise business under a franchise from Management Recruiters in all transactions with clients, patrons, suppliers, employees, and colleagues. This means that in every interaction, the franchisee must make it known that they are operating as a Management Recruiters franchise.

In addition to generally identifying themselves as a franchisee, Management Recruiters also requires franchisees to include specific notices of independent ownership on various materials. These materials include forms, business cards, stationery, advertising, and other materials. The specific content and placement of these notices are subject to Management Recruiters' requirements, which may change over time.

This requirement ensures that all parties interacting with the Management Recruiters franchise understand the nature of the business's affiliation with the franchisor. It also reinforces the distinction between the franchisee's independent ownership and Management Recruiters' overall brand and standards. Franchisees must stay informed about any changes to these requirements to maintain compliance with the franchise agreement.
