What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Management Recruiters's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the client is responsible for providing the hardware necessary to meet the minimum hardware requirements of the services. Additionally, the client must provide training for all personnel on any currently supported versions of Microsoft Windows, with adequate hardware, before the services are initiated. The client is also responsible for providing the necessary personnel who are knowledgeable and trained in the job they will be performing using the services.
In addition to providing the hardware, the client is also responsible for providing Hire Quest with an e-mail address and a broadband Internet connection. The client or their designated computer hardware provider will be responsible for the setup of the Internet connection and e-mail services. The client will also provide Hire Quest with remote access to the client's desktop via "PC Anywhere."
Prospective Management Recruiters franchisees should carefully consider these requirements and ensure that their clients are able to meet them before offering the services. Failure to do so could result in the client being unable to properly use the services, which could damage the franchisee's reputation and lead to lost revenue.
