When does the Back Office Services Agreement for Management Recruiters commence?

According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Back Office Services Agreement commences as of the effective date of the Franchise Agreement. The Back Office Services Agreement continues for the duration of the Franchise Agreement's term and terminates immediately upon the termination of the Franchise Agreement.

Under this agreement, Management Recruiters provides services such as billing and payroll system updates, customer invoicing for recruiter and contract staffing services, accounts receivable and cash receipts application, basic accounting assistance (including profit and loss statements and balance sheets), collections assistance, accounts payable assistance, and optional liaison services with professional employment organizations.

For these services, the franchisee pays Management Recruiters a fixed Back Office Services Fee, which is subtracted directly from the franchisee's share and reflected on the franchisee's settlement statement. Management Recruiters acts as an independent contractor in providing these services and has control over the method and manner of performance.
