How is the aggregate back office services fees defined in the Management Recruiters Franchise Agreement?

According to Management Recruiters' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Back Office Services Fee is defined as $950 per month. This fee is paid by the franchisee to Management Recruiters in exchange for back office services.

The Back Office Services provided by Management Recruiters to the franchisee include updates to and maintenance of their billing and payroll system, invoicing customers for recruiter and contract staffing services, accounts receivable and cash receipts application services, basic accounting assistance (including preparation of monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets), collections assistance (with the franchisee bearing ultimate responsibility for collections), accounts payable assistance (where the franchisee advances funds to Management Recruiters for vendor invoices), and optional liaison services between the franchisee and any professional employment organization for benefits and payroll administration.

The Back Office Services Fee is a fixed amount that will be subtracted directly from the franchisee's share and reflected on the franchisee's settlement statement. This fee is due during the entire term of the Franchise Agreement. The agreement for these services commences on the effective date of the Franchise Agreement and terminates immediately upon the termination of the Franchise Agreement.
