What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Lees Famous Recipe Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the expenses incurred by their representatives when attending supplemental and refresher training programs. Lees Famous Recipe may require the Operating Principal and key management personnel to attend these programs, which can last up to seven days.
These expenses that the franchisee must cover include the costs of travel, lodging, meals, and wages for the representatives attending the training. In addition to covering these expenses, Lees Famous Recipe may also charge a then-current fee for the supplemental and refresher training programs themselves.
This means that franchisees need to budget not only for the potential training fees but also for all associated travel and living costs for their personnel. It's important for prospective franchisees to inquire about the frequency and location of these supplemental training programs to accurately estimate these potential costs. Franchisees should also confirm the then-current fee for these supplemental training programs to anticipate the full financial impact of required additional training.
