Your right to participate on the Website or intranet system or otherwise use the Marks or the System on the Internet will terminate when the Franchise Agreement expires or terminates.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Lees Famous Recipe FDD, a franchisee's right to participate on the Website or intranet system will terminate when the Franchise Agreement expires or terminates. Additionally, if a franchisee breaches the Franchise Agreement, Lees Famous Recipe has the right to temporarily remove information concerning the Restaurant from their website and/or stop the franchisee's or the Restaurant's participation in any other programs or benefits offered on or through the website.

Lees Famous Recipe retains all rights relating to the Website and intranet system and may alter or terminate the Website or intranet system upon thirty (30) days' notice to the franchisee. The franchisee's general conduct on the Internet and Lees Famous Recipe's intranet system, and specifically their use of the Marks or any advertising on the Internet, will be subject to the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
